Targeted Immunization Against Newcastle Disease in Poultry

Jova Zeit GVII Plus® is an inactivated oil-emulsion poultry vaccine manufactured by Jordan Bio Industries Center (JOVAC), Jordan.

The vaccine is formulated for active immunization of poultry to reduce mortality and clinical signs caused by Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV).

Its formulation combines inactivated recombinant NDV-GVII and NDV La Sota-GII strains.

Vaccine Composition

Each 0.2 ml contains:

• At least 10⁴·⁸ EID₅₀ of inactivated recombinant NDV-GVII.

• At least 10⁴·⁸ EID₅₀ of inactivated NDV strain La Sota-GII.

• Other Ingredients: Oil adjuvant.

Vaccination Schedule (Manufacturer's Label)

• Initial Vaccination: 0.2 ml per bird during the first week of age.

• Booster Dose: 0.3 ml per bird.

Administration: Subcutaneous injection into the lower part of the back of the neck or intramuscular injection into the breast or thigh muscle.

Storage & Handling

Storage Temperature: 2°C–8°C (Refrigerated)
Protection: Protect from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
Before Use: Shake well before administration.
After Opening: Use within 8 hours of first opening.
Withdrawal Period: Zero days.
